How long will it take to get a reply after we send you an inquiry?

On working days, we will reply to you within 5 hours after receiving the inquiry.
Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

We have our own processing factory, and we also have our own international trade department, we produce and sell by ourselves.
What products can you provide?

We mainly produce textile sewing products.
Can you do customized products?

Yes, we mainly do customized products, we develop and produce products according to the drawings or samples provided by customers.

How is your company's production capacity?

We have sewing, cutting, inspection, ironing, packaging and other production lines, with an annual production capacity of 20 million products.
How does your company guarantee product quality?

First of all, we will have corresponding inspections after each process. For the final product, we will conduct a full inspection according to the customer's requirements and international standards.
What is the payment method?

When quoting, we will confirm with you the transaction method, FOB, CIF, CNF or other methods. For mass production, we usually pay 30% in advance, and then pay the balance after seeing the bill of lading. The payment method we mostly use is T/T.
How are the goods shipped to customers?

Usually we ship by sea, because we are in Tongxiang, we are more than 100 kilometers away from Shanghai, sea export is very convenient. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also transport them by air, and Shanghai International Airport is very close to us.
Where are your goods mainly exported to?

Our products are mainly exported to dozens of countries such as the United States, Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Australia, and Canada.
